After my wife and I decided to replace our furnace we had good fortune to deal with Darren and your installers John and Jack. We called your office on a Thursday afternoon and were told by your helpful secretary that she would have someone contact us. To our surprise Darren called within the hour and made an appointment for the following morning. Contrary to prevailing business practice he arrived when he said he would. It took him less than half an hour to analyze our situation which included an existing air conditioning system, to take photos of the layout for his installers, to write a detailed cost estimate and to give us a firm installation date. A week later your technicians John and Jack arrived right on time, laid down protective carpeting, dismantled the old and installed the new system, all within 6 hours. They did a clean and masterful job of transformation.
