You Obviously Care About Your Customers

We wish to express our thanks to you and your staff for your services regarding the installation of an electric furnace, a major upgrade of our electrical power and the removal of the old oil furnace and oil tank for our home. You did everything to make this a smooth transition. You and your staff conducted yourselves in a professional, courteous manner. Everyone worked efficiently and in fact your company did an amazing job of coordinating all the tasks in order to have the furnace up and running right on-time. This was not a straightforward job because of the age of our house, but because you are all very skilled and experienced in your trades the result is satisfaction. After the job was completed we had to make a follow-up call. This was answered immediately. Sometimes, in the trades, follow-ups are delayed or ignored, but you obviously care about your customers and you believe in customer service, not only during, but after the job is completed. 

We would recommend your company to anyone for all of the services you provide. You are welcome to have any perspective clients call us for a reference. Thank you again for being an outstanding company.

Fast and Efficient Service

On Thursday, April 5, 2012 at 3:30 pm after 3 days out of town, we came home to a water heater that had kicked the bucket. By 7:30 that evening, my husband was enjoying a much needed and anticipated hot shower, thanks to the fast and efficient service from Wightman's. Just want to commend you on a job very much appreciated and well-done. Also, kudos to Danny the installer, who was fast, friendly, knowledgeable and efficient for staying late on a Thursday before a holiday long weekend. We were very impressed and very grateful. Arrived When He Said He Would… First Rate Service

After my wife and I decided to replace our furnace we had good fortune to deal with Darren and your installers John and Jack. We called your office on a Thursday afternoon and were told by your helpful secretary that she would have someone contact us. To our surprise Darren called within the hour and made an appointment for the following morning. Contrary to prevailing business practice he arrived when he said he would. It took him less than half an hour to analyze our situation which included an existing air conditioning system, to take photos of the layout for his installers, to write a detailed cost estimate and to give us a firm installation date. A week later your technicians John and Jack arrived right on time, laid down protective carpeting, dismantled the old and installed the new system, all within 6 hours. They did a clean and masterful job of transformation. 

Wightman’s first rate service was in contrast to the hassle of three earlier attempts, when "service providers" either didn't bother to respond, kept delaying the installation, or delivered the wrong furnace. Please pass our thanks to your colleagues for their expert advice and fine workmanship.

A Great Team

As a businessman I always appreciate it when someone tells me I have done a good job for them. Last week I had a furnace installed by your company. Not only were you the lowest quote with the best warranty, but very professional in every way. Darren, your sales rep, did an excellent job in explaining the quote, warranty, installation procedure, etc. Full marks go to your installer Bruce. He did a great job of the installation with his very professional experience and courteous manner. I also appreciate the cleanup and hauling away of the old furnace.
